About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Staffing Specialist to manage end-to-end Business Unit (BU) Demand Fulfilment — from capturing demand to successful resource allocation. The role involves close collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including Account PMOs, Practice Staffing, and Recruitment teams, ensuring timely fulfilment of internal and external resourcing needs. This position requires strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills to support smooth staffing operations and enable efficient workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end demand fulfilment for the BU, ensuring timely allocation across internal and external queues.
  • Work closely with recruitment, BUC, and account teams to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Track, analyze, and publish fulfilment reports regularly.
  • Monitor ramp-ups and ramp-downs, facilitating associate movement across accounts and locations.
  • Coordinate staffing activities and maintain communication with Account PMO, Practice Staffing, and RMG teams.
  • Manage roll-offs and internal rotations within the BU across geographies.
  • Conduct trend analysis of productivity ratios and suggest improvements.
  • Assess BU demand vs. supply and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Support margin improvement initiatives and performance KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in staffing, resourcing, or workforce management.
  • Strong working knowledge of FS GBU applications and processes (R2D2, Clarity).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and database management.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
