 Job Overview

We are hiring a dedicated Team Member – Production to support downstream operations in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, sound knowledge of engineering and microbiology principles, and experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment. This role involves operating key production equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, documenting activities, and following safety and quality protocols.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and perform turnaround of downstream process equipment.
  • Calculate productivity, yields, and losses with accuracy.
  • Perform COP, CIP, and SIP activities as per schedule.
  • Carry out foam cleaning, chemical washing, and area sanitation.
  • Operate equipment such as mixed bed units, chromatographic/SSMB systems, polish bed systems, multiple-effect evaporators, and spray dryers.
  • Prepare and review SOPs and Batch Production Records.
  • Initiate and document deviations, assisting in investigations.
  • Maintain complete and compliant documentation as per cGMP regulations.
  • Handle analytical tools including pH meters, conductivity meters, and analytical balances.

Essential Attributes

  • Strong understanding of Microbiology and Engineering concepts.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation and planning abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective time management.
  • Knowledge of bulk packaging operations.

Desired Attributes

  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Qualification & Experience

  • 3–5 years in production or downstream operations.
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or Dairy Technology.
