About the Role

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing reward, recognition, and retention programs. This position serves as a trusted advisor to business and HR partners, ensuring competitive compensation structures, effective benefits administration, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and advisory support on compensation and benefits programs to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Design and implement reward and recognition initiatives to enhance motivation, performance, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding pay structures and benefits programs.
  • Analyze market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and benefits renewals.
  • Lead and manage projects or workstreams within the compensation and benefits domain.
  • Produce actionable insights and value-added recommendations that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, and benefits design.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
