About the Role

As a Group HR People Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing Capgemini’s flagship People Analytics platform — People Insights — leveraging Power BI capabilities. This role combines data analytics, storytelling, and HR transformation, enabling stakeholders to make smarter, data-informed decisions.You will operate as both a Power BI expert and a consultant within the Group HR People Analytics GEH team, transforming business requirements into compelling, easy-to-understand dashboards and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Group HR People Analytics platform (People Insights).
  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports with strong storytelling and visualization capabilities.
  • Translate complex HR data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR and analytics teams to identify data trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Work on product and solution design for HR/People data across global business units.
  • Support HR transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all analytical deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, HR transformation, or similar data-driven functions.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI — advanced dashboard creation, DAX formulas, and UX design.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles, including fonts, colors, themes, and formatting.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills using PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with complex datasets.
  • Ability to simplify complex data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to HR processes and understanding of HR metrics and business impact.
